Founded in 1994 by classical homeopath, Raymond Edge, what truly sets our school apart is our dedication to training students in pure Hahnemannian Homeopathy, with the best clinical training, and in accordance with the founding principles of this amazing system of medicine. We are recognized and approved by the College of Homeopaths of Ontario: our program of study meets or exceeds the parameters for both the theoretical and clinical components as required by the CHO which is the regulatory body for the homeopathic profession in this province. We have a well-proven clinical training model, which is exceedingly important in preparing you for real-life practice upon graduation.
In addition, we are the only Canadian Homeopathic School accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Homeopathic Education in North America (ACHENA) - the only accrediting body that exists for homeopathic education. Our Courses, Staff and Faculty
Our courses are founded upon pure, Classical Hahnemannian Homeopathy, and on providing the highest level of training and education. Since 1994, we have built an international reputation as a leader in Homeopathic education. In addition to our outstanding Homeopathy classes, all taught by master homeopaths, our In-Class Health Science courses are taught by Naturopathic Doctors who specialize in homeopathy, as well as Medical Doctors. Over the years we have assembled a roster of lecturers and supervisors who are both good clinicians as well as excellent teachers, and these rarely come in the same body! We are exceedingly proud of our staff and faculty. They are highly educated, successful, passionate, kind and generous with their knowledge. Our administrative staff is solely comprised of graduates from our College. We pride ourselves on being very open, considerate and understanding of our students’ needs.
Our famous Homeopathy and Health Sciences Diploma Program can be started anytime and complete in as little as 18 months. These classes are held every other weekend from 9:00am – 5:00pm (both days). The course is structured so that even students with families and full-time jobs can train to become professional homeopaths. This course provides students with the full amount of training and qualifications required by the College of Homeopaths of Ontario, the licensing body for Homeopathy in Ontario. In addition to weekend classes, students shadow Master homeopaths live in our Teaching Clinic, which affords a truly unique learning experience: the chance to follow along cases with the expertise and guidance of homeopaths who have been practicing for at least 15 years. This type of clinical experience is very rare in the world of homeopathy today. In addition to shadowing the masters, our students earn their own clinical externship hours where they take on their own patients, also supervised by expert homeopaths. We are so proud to offer such a well-rounded clinical experience in our Diploma Course.
We offer a variety of flexible training opportunities and exemptions to students who apply with previous comparable training at other learning institutions. In addition to our Homeopathy and Health Sciences Diploma Program, we offer a Homeopathy for Health Care Practitioners and Physicians Program, a Correspondence Education Diploma Program (suitable for students outside Ontario) an Introduction to Homeopathy Distance Education Course, and an option for students trained elsewhere to supplement their clinical training through attending the CCHM teaching clinic. We have also been running a Homeopathic Post Graduate Program, The Road to Clinical Mastery, since 2008.

World Class Clinical Training
The two-fold Externship and Internship Clinical Training experience at CCHM sets us apart from all other schools and makes our Clinical Training a comprehensive and invaluable experience for our students. Our Live Clinical Internship and Externship Courses have been an integral part of CCHM since our inception in 1994. This integrated approach is a big part of what has made our College a top international school and why our graduates are so successful in practice. The Clinical Training hours at CCHM exceed the requirements laid out by The College of Homeopaths of Ontario and allow our graduates to write the CHC exam.
In the Externship portion of the CCHM Clinical Training, students begin to take on their own patients, gaining hands-on experience and building their own future homeopathic practices, fully supervised one on one by our experienced and knowledgeable supervisors. Our live Clinical Training is well known for its success, so we consistently have inquiries from the public looking to work with our students. Upon graduation, some graduates move right into a busy practice they’ve been building while in school. The live Externship portion of CCHM Clinical Training means that our students spend many flexible hours working one on one with their own personal supervisors by phone, Zoom, email and in person, depending upon the students’ location and schedule.
We feel it is exceedingly important for students to observe cases being taken live by Master Homeopaths, to be able to ask questions, have discussions and have the chance to follow those cases closely so that students can experience, first hand, what an expert does to achieve succesful long term case management. Students gain this opportunity in the live Internship portion of CCHM's Clinical Training, where patients come and receive treatment in our teaching clinic. Many of our Internship patients become patients of our students after beginning their care in our Teaching Clinic. This is another way we give our students the experience and tools they need to succeed.
