Thank you so much! I just returned from Hawaii and can’t wait to get started. I asked Kim Elia to lecture for the organization that I am president of, (The International and American Associations of Clinical Nutritionists). He knocked it out of the park! Totally Awesome! Several of my Canadian pharmacist colleagues are now interested in homeopathy and asked me where I am studying. Guess where I sent them for inquires! I shared with them why I chose CCHM. Yay!! We’re hoping to have him again next year. Thank you for all you do, Gratefully, Lisa

Lisa A., 1st Year Distance Student 2018

I've finished the video cases - they were great, I learned so much and Monica was such a positive resource. I really felt she cared about how I was doing and guided me without making me feel incompetent.

From Mary H., Waialua, Hawaii, Internship Student

I am taking the opportunity to thank Andrea for thoroughly reviewing with me the best practice for selecting “key symptoms” and how to repertorize them accordingly. Analysis - paralysis can sometimes be a tendency when a student, particularly a student with a very detail-oriented and analytical mind. Also, I very much appreciate her kind, considerate and very supportive approach to teaching and coaching. Andrea is a delight to work with, and CCHM is really fortunate to have such a versatile talent like hers. Needless to say, the always smiling and welcoming attitude goes a long way as well.

From Diana F., 2018 – 2019, 3rd year student

I am extremely grateful for the experiences I gained in just two years of learning, and also for having a very helpful, bright and kind group of classmates. I couldn’t have done anything without their support and non-judgemental opinions. I appreciated their warm welcomes and cheers every time I entered the class. I hope this bond between us grows stronger as we make our way through the final year of school. I am thankful for having a qualified and supportive administration at school who promptly resolved any issues that came up during the school year. I look forward to being amazed in new ways during the final year of school. CCHM has exceeded my expectations in every way, and may it always succeed with flying colors. My best wishes to all those who are, or want to be, a part of the CCHM community.

Sumera A., Second Year Student 2017-2018

Thank you again for the most remarkable education. I have never felt so satisfied and content with my path of life!

Sarah D., 2018 Grad

I wanted to email you to let you know that i am FINALLY a registered homeopath! It took awhile, but I finally made it. I just wanted to thank you so much for all your support, encouragement and kindness. The constant support you gave me through the years I was in school and after I had graduated has really meant so much to me and made me who I am today. I am so grateful. So... THANK YOU so much!

Poonam S., grad 2016

Hello, I wanted to say how much I loved Joan Weirs class. After spending the day with her my perspective was changed for the better. We need more Joan Weir through out our 3 year course, especially when trying to keep yourself together during 2nd and 3rd year. Also, today's case analysis class was very enjoyable and insightful. We are blessed to have Lisa so much in 3rd year. Especially with the CHO classes. No matter the subject of the class, I always leave feeling inspired. That's all 🙂

Joanne B., third year In Class student 2018

This was one of the most amazing lectures offered by CCHM (Kanan Patel’s Post Grad lecture, 2018)! I wasn't bored for 1 second; it was interactive, integrative, informative and absolutely mind-blowing...

Hannah Shalom, Post grad 2017-2018

I was able to attend the Sunday class with Dr. Saunders. Another amazing experience with another great CCHM teacher. CCHM have indeed collected all the gems from the homeopathy world!

From Sumera A.Second Year student 2017 - 2018

Regarding my first weekend in classes, I could very simply say AMAZING, but that does not bring justice to the true feeling and experience that I had last weekend. I am not sure that I can truly encompass with words how profoundly at home I felt, from the moment I began my journey with CCHM, from speaking of it as a possibility, from my interview, and from my first weekend of classes. I must say that the journey to this moment of feeling like I am exactly where I am meant to be. In this present moment has been long and quite tough, but this weekend I came to see that my mountains, my storms, they have lead me to the most magnificent place - a place where I can learn to help myself, and to also carry the knowledge to help others, and a feeling that has overtaken my heart that to be frank, I cannot label with a word or even a phrase. When I arrived at the campus, and I stood outside the building, I read the words that were written overhead the entrance "the truth shall set you free"- and I pondered outside before my first class about how powerful those words were. Powerful in themselves and in how much strength it brought into my heart - and an immeasurable desire to learn and grow in every way. That I may take from this new road that I wander - a road where I once walked before (in another country) and where my heart was filled with passion - I have made my way home and I am more then delighted to be back in school following my passion, feeling that motivation and drive back in my heart and soul.

My first class, it was so intriguing, to meet a group of such diverse people, of ethnic backgrounds, and educational differences - to feel this beautiful energy in this room and to be a part of it again, goes without words. I felt instantly welcomed, and even made some new connections and friendships that I know will truly blossom, for in this room were people with spirits that can feel and search for what most cannot. Most cannot accept that what we cannot see can still be true, and it was wonderful to find myself not in a room of people who do not have this ability, but rather to be with a group of many who are opening to this idea, some more advanced into the true uniqueness of homeopathy.

I found that my background, and all of my studies abroad, really showed inside of me and gave me a confidence in myself and the knowledge which I already hold; a confidence I didn't have at such a deep level when I was overseas and years younger. Perhaps it is with time and maturity that this confidence came about, or through the many hours I spent shadowing various practitioners in other forms of natural healing. For me, I like to think of each patient as a white canvas- and rather than painting what I see or feel, I allow each patient to paint their own canvas in listening without pre-judgment or assumption that they are like any other patient, and that because they paint their own canvas. They are then just like each homeopathic remedy in the idea that they all have a unique canvas and thus a unique fingerprint just like each remedy that we will learn and continue to learn about through life.

I truly enjoyed all classes and took away much new knowledge and also a different perspective - it is interesting to learn now in a country where they are trying to eliminate homeopathy, when I come from a country where they fought and have gained and earned the respect that homeopathy so deserves - it gives me something extra to my understanding and it makes me want to fight to bring awareness, to even help join allopathy and homeopathy to work together, as my true belief is that if all practitioners could work together, we would better help each patient with their struggles - perhaps this is a long shot to many, but I have witnessed it in Switzerland and will carry this value with me throughout my studies and the encounters I have with people from such diverse backgrounds. Now that I have written yet another page in my story, I hope you can truly feel and see how much my first weekend of classes has brought into my life and all of those who are around me, friends and strangers alike. Thank you for taking the time to ask about my first days, and experience of so. Again this shows that this school is more then an educational institution- and that is why I have searched for so long to return to my studies- this atmosphere does not come easy to find.

From Ellie O., first year student 2017 - 2018

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time, and for everything you did to help me be able to commence my studies this weekend. I am beyond excited, and feel very confident that I have made the right decision in pursuing my education through your institution. Thank you for taking the time to help me take my first step back into my studies, and I truly look forward to my studies and all that will come throughout this journey and onwards in such a unique and incredible professional domain.

From Ellie O., first year student 2017 - 2018

"Just wanted to thank you (to Andrea) for the lecture on Tissue Salts and all of the take-aways. It was very informative and I liked hearing about how you use them in your practice. I want to use them more and I have a better idea of how to do that."

From Mary Paterson Blackmore, DCHM (Hons.), 2016 Alumnus

"I like the school very much; the last 3 years, thanks to the school, were the best 3 years since a lot of time. It changed my life and gave me a new path to go on, new horizons to conquer! I hope one day to be part of the school and to be able to contribute (I love teaching and I do and did in the past).

From Marcelo G., Richmond Hill, Electronics Engineer with passion for classical Hahnemannian Homeopathy and medicinal plants, 2017 CCHM Alumnus

"It's a privilege to be part of CCHM and study the amazing program you offer. I have received a great benefit from my studies, from the comfort of my own home, at my own pace. I have nothing but great things to say about your school and all your staff.

From Alma X., Malden, MA., 2017 Distance Ed Student

"I thank the school for laying down a great foundation to carry forward the future and to learn from every day. I absolutely love my “job”.... which I can call now, my passion and my calling.

From Hannah Shalom., 2016 grad practising in Aurora.

"This year has been very fun and I love it very much! Great teachers and the patients so far are all very happy. On that note, today at the doctor’s office where I work, I had a patient come in to tell me that the head nurse of Toronto East General Hospital had referred patients to CCHM for alternative patient care. I was so happy to hear this and I'm honoured to be a part of this movement."

From Maria K., second year in class student 2016 - 2017.

"We had our son born at home on Nov 30, and he's 2 months old now which is so hard to believe! Without Andrea's support and amazing suggestions I wouldn't have been able to continue school! I'm also more and more in love with Homeopathy everyday, and feel so grateful to have found your school!"

From Sarah D., second year in class student 2016 -2017.

"I absolutely love classes. Best decision for me at this point and a great group of classmates."

Nonie D., first year in class, 2016 – 2017 school year.

"I have been learning quite a lot with trying to understand The Organon from Joe's lecture series and there is much truth about the way that our modern allopathic medicines are designed to work within the human body. Medicines acting as poisons and the dissimilarity of disease in the body had me in such deep thought last night that I woke up, I think I am mentally preparing myself for the upcoming essay of comparing homeopathy vs allopathic essay! It’s making me really think about what medicine is, what it can be used for and how medicine has not really changed in the last 200 years since Hahnemann wrote the 6th edition. The classes are keeping me extremely busy but I’m thoroughly enjoying them. I am exactly where I need to be."

Deanna J., first year in class, 2016 – 2017 school year.

"It has been soooo amazing. The teachers are very good and very passionate about homeopathy, which says a lot about the entire system and school itself. I'm loving it, but the workload is something I'm still managing after being out of school for 15 years!"

Cristina C., first year student in class, 2016 – 2017 school year.

"I am loving the classes! The professors are so knowledgeable, but so humble too! And already a lot of things that I have had trouble understanding (like the idea of a vital force, and how to differentiate important symptoms) are much clearer. And other things, like understanding mental symptoms, suddenly got a lot more complicated (which is a good thing, if the mind were to seem simple, something would probably be wrong! lol). I so appreciate everything you do, I am grateful that I am in such a supportive program"

Brett H., first year student in class, 2016 – 2017 school year.

"I am looking forward to learning from Dr. Paul Saunders this weekend, and broadening my understanding of lab results! All our teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and humble. CCHM has a great faculty!"

Denise D., second year student 2016 – 2017 school year.

"Thank you for all you have done to continue to make homeopathy a reputable medical system in Canada. I continue to be a big fan of CCHM and grateful for my education and start in Homeopathy with you."

Sandra C., Newmarket, 2011 CCHM alumnus

"I just completed my Lesson 4. I loved learning how to better use the Repertory. It is so interesting! I am hooked 😉 Thank so much!"

Carey Lipoth, First Year Distance Ed Student 2016

"The challenge in writing a testimonial is determining how to capture the true essence of time and experience in written words. I can explain the immense amount of educational knowledge I have gained...that after my extensive education at CCHM, I feel versed in homeopathic philosophy and confident in my ever-growing base of Materia Medica knowledge...that my pathophysiology, nutrition, and physical examination skills have been finely tuned for practice...however, speaking only of my academic experience neglects to explain my true connection with CCHM; Raymond Edge and his team of world class instructors and administrators have created a school environment filled with devotion, security, and acceptance; for their continuous inspiration and support, I will be forever grateful. I feel blessed to have found my path in homeopathic medicine, and I offer much gratitude to my instructors and colleagues at CCHM for fostering and nurturing these passions throughout my educational career."

Carla Beharry, DSHM

"Thank you for this most exceptional experience (as I wipe my tears..). I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am for this privilege to study with such exceptional teachers, students and administration. What a gift and a blessing. As Voltaire said “with great privilege comes great responsibility”. I take this responsibility seriously and hope to make you proud as a graduate from your College. With deep gratitude,"

Sarah M., Toronto, ON- 2016 alumnus.

"I am hooked .... I'm fascinated .... I'm challenged .... Homeopathy is so wonderfully weird, yet makes complete sense (well almost.....).."

Joanne B., Burlington, ON- first year student 2016 - 2017

"I have been self practicing and reading about homeopathy for many years, but in following the CCHM distant Ed program for only one month, I have surpassed my previous experience. I had an entangled ball of yarn in my hands that I didn't know how to unravel. Now, with the help of the CCHM syllabus, everything is nicely laid out before me. I finished reading all the lesson 1 notes, assigned chapters of the books, and much more than that in one month. I am an avid reader, like a starving person who finally got food! The more I read the hungrier I feel for more knowledge. I am very thankful to CCHM for providing me the opportunity to follow my passion. "

Sumera A., Plainfield, Illinois- first year student 2016 - 2017.

"The CCHM distance program includes interesting and diverse course work, video case studies, onsite study weeks and a wonderful support staff. Together they have provided a comprehensive program, building my confidence as a practitioner. Since life throws us curve balls every once in a while, being a distance learner has allowed me to deal with those situations while continuing to study"

Kimberley B., Monterey, California- third year student.

"I have enjoyed year 1 (close to completing now) in my Homeopathy course since I am in a remote location and not at all near Toronto to attend face-2-face; it is most convenient. The flexibility of having no specific deadlines laid down is wonderful since the unexpected happens and certainly for me, in retirement, I want to have flexibility to do what I can when I can and how I choose. I am fairly disciplined, and extremely thorough, in my approach to my work. Being retired I will not succumb to a routine ... therefore, again, flexibility is important to me. I have been used to autonomy in my career and appreciate the independence to "drive and captain my own ship". CCHM distance learning has given me the opportunity to continue my thirst for knowledge of homeopathic medicine and I look forward to moving on to year 2 and eventually year 3. I really appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of any and all staff I have encountered not only in responding to my assignments but also in answering what questions I have had in an administrative or academic realm. Thank you all at CCHM for your professionalism!."

Gwyneth S., Leamington, ON – first year student.

"I honestly just love my whole learning experience at CCHM, I could not have chosen a better school. Initially, I was intimidated about being a distant ed. student without having the ability to attend classes live. However, as a 3rd year student, I can confidently say that my education has been quite well-rounded and wholesome, yet flexible enough that I can dedicate time with my family, be a soccer mom, help my husband at work, and pursue my studies! This program has been extremely suitable for my needs, allowing me to do the work on my own time and schedule, at my leisure, without the usual pressure and deadlines. The Supervisors are fantastic. I am able to hand in my assignments with quick feedbacks allowing me to proceed further into the course without any delay. Any questions or concerns are answered promptly. The whole programme is tailored in a very systematic and simplistic approach, facilitating comprehension and analysis. Kudos to the authors of the in-house texts who have done an outstanding job with adhering to true Classical Homeopathic principles while conveying Hahnemann's message with remarkable fluency. In second and third year, the Clinical Externship component gives us the opportunity to take on patients directly and put teachings into practice. This hands-on experience, with faculty guidance, has given me immense courage and eagerness to start my practice after graduation. I sincerely thank CCHM for giving me this opportunity to be a part of their student body. It has been an amazing journey, and the learning is truly invaluable. CCHM will always hold a special place in my heart.

Karina B., Bangalore, India- third year student 2015 - 2016.

"I loved the first lesson! It has been challenging getting used to a "new language" and reference formats, but I am finding that an “old dog” can learn new tricks! Every time I study, it renews my energy for learning homeopathy."

Carey L, RPN, Regina, SK- first year student.

"One thing that I really want to point out is that I realized that our education at CCHM is exceptional. By the end of the 2 weeks I was taking the supervised cases with the local translator. In many cases, I came up with the same remedy as the lead homeopath. I felt that I was confident in my case taking, repertorization and prescription. I feel that I have a solid foundation and I made a note to share this with my classmates. I feel with my education and training at CCHM I can go anywhere now! Thank you guys for making CCHM top-notch!"

Thera I., Scarborough, ON- third year student, just after her return from a 2 week internship with Homeopathy for Health in Africa.

"I am really loving the classes, this past weekend was terrific! There is a lot to learn in A&P; however, Joydeep is such a positive individual and he explains everything so well. Jack is great – I think we all really enjoy his presentations, especially at the end when he gives out cases and we go through the rubrics in groups and try to figure out the remedy. John is very knowledgeable and even though he gives a lot of information – one leaves the class wanting to read/study even more. Each teacher is presenting the core information, but they all have a unique approach and it really keeps it interesting. Monica and Lisa and Joe didn’t teach this past weekend; but they are also great.."

Zoe A., Toronto, ON- first year student 2015 - 2016.

"I really enjoyed the Women's Acutes webinar. I thought it was very engaging and clearly presented. I liked the mini cases as they really make you see how well you have retained the information."

Helen S., Toronto, ON.

"After last class (John Millar & Lisa Decandia) I was overjoyed and so grateful for all of the new and refreshed info they shared. Attending Post Grad after 3rd year is a great way to continue learning. It allows me to ask questions that are related to 'real life practice' patient issues and concerns. Thank you for all that CCHM does!!"

Jen B., Toronto, ON - 2015 alumnus and post grad student.

“My practice is growing and I have seen marvelous changes in those desiring to take this journey towards strengthening their well being and improving their quality of life.”

Deborah H., - 2012 alumnus.

"I will forever be grateful for the education I received from CCHM!"

Ruth S., Cooksville, ON- 2012 alumnus.

"OMG! Just a confirmation of how much I have fallen in love with homeopathy:)  I love the class, I am so excited, I can hardly wait for more. The teacher Lisa DeCandia was Amazing! She was able to explain so much."

Magdalena S., Aurora, ON- first year student.

"I graduated from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine, formerly known as the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine, in 1998. The school offered me in-school clinical experience with Master Homeopaths.  We were allowed to observe their case-taking techniques and were encouraged to actively discuss their cases, the treatments prescribed and the expected outcomes. As a new graduate, my expectation was to start my own practice and I felt sufficiently prepared to do so.  I started my practice right after graduation and by end of the first year, I had a full-time practice. However, I must emphasize that Homeopathy is best served by taking the path of life-long learning.  The Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine model of teaching lays a solid foundation of knowledge and clinical practice; and, it is upon this foundation that I, as a practitioner, have built upon my own practice over the years."

Rodolfo R., Toronto, ON- 1998 alumnus.

"In reflection of the entire course it has been fast and furious but enlightening and reassuring with regard to seeding a lot of information with the means to locate the research or wisdom from the many books now in my arsenal.

This process has been life enhancing for me on so many levels.  I have learned much about homeopathy, but so much more about the realm of the human condition and my movement within it.  Ultimately, I have learned so much about myself and how to interact with the world around me.  Listening without preconceived notions, curious about each and every life I experience (life inclusive of people, plants, animals, etc), with wonderment and compassion as to how they have arrived at the state that is presented in front of me.

I am in the best emotional, mental and physical state of my life and look forward to moving strongly forward armed with what will be the most important study of my life thus far."

Deborah H., Columbus, Ohio- 2012 alumnus.

"I am a strong advocate of promoting growth in the homeopathic profession. As a 2010 graduate of CCHM, I believe that I gained substantial and significant benefit from observing competent and experienced (a minimum of five years of clinical experience) homeopaths taking live cases. The process of taking thorough case notes, writing up a complete case analysis, and submitting case work to the same clinical homeopath was essential to my learning process. Case analysis was marked based on noting characteristic and significant symptoms, providing a differential analysis of homeopathic remedies, and finally, on a treatment plan. The process is thorough, detail-oriented, and provides a learning experience that mirrors practicing in the homeopathic profession following graduation.

Since graduation I have learned with certainty that while taking an initial consultation may be challenging, the true "art" of homeopathy (and the area of greatest difficulty) is really in case management upon follow-up appointments. Through my observation of master homeopaths at CCHM, I learned in great detail, how to succinctly and objectively analyze remedy choices upon follow-up appointments - and became confident in my ability to determine the relative success of my remedy choice ... Without this style of consistent, hands-on clinic time, I truly believe that many homeopaths would find case management and patient care to be an extremely challenging undertaking. I am grateful to have experienced such an in-depth and individualized education.

The challenge in writing a testimonial is determining how to capture the true essence of time and experience in written words.  I can explain the immense amount of educational knowledge I have gained ... that after my extensive education at CCHM, I feel versed in homeopathic philosophy and confident in my ever-growing base of materia medica knowledge ... that my pathophysiology, nutrition, and physical examination skills have been finely tuned for practice . However, speaking only of my academic knowledge neglects to explain my true connection with CCHM; Raymond Edge and his team of world-class instructors and administrators have created a school environment filled with devotion, security, and acceptance; for their continuous inspiration and support, I will be forever grateful.   I feel blessed to have found my path in homeopathic medicine, and I offer much gratitude to my instructors and colleagues at CCHM for fostering and nurturing these passions throughout my educational career."

Carla B., Kitchener, Waterloo, ON - 2010 alumnus.

"CCHM has given me exposure to the ideas and philosophies of many of today's greatest homeopaths from around the world. Teachers who have studied with homeopaths from Greece, India, England and the U.S.A. and who have practiced successfully on their own for more than 5 years have made my learning experience an enjoyable and enriching one. Part of homeopathy's appeal lies in its ability to change our lives for the better in a dramatic way. Hearing accounts from homeopathic practitioners who have seen this first-hand in everyday life has brought the "homeopathic experience" to life for me."

Karen J., Toronto, ON- 1998 alumnus.

"I believe that The Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine provides a balanced approach to teaching homeopathy. While the medical sciences are thoroughly covered in the rigorous program of study, the ART of homeopathy is also emphasized. I am observing myself and my patients with more precision and compassion and have set a strong intention to develop myself personally, qualities that are essential to any healing profession. Each lecturer brought her or his own unique insights into case analysis, which I found helpful, especially in my third year of study with my private patients. I would recommend this course to anyone seriously interested in becoming a homeopathic practitioner."

Shobie K.,Toronto, ON- 1998 alumnus.

"The Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine provides a stimulating, caring, free-thinking environment for the exploration of the majesty and complexity of homeopathic medicine. The teaching faculty have vast experience, but more than that, both their interest in teaching and their ability to communicate are beyond question.

The school is operated with integrity, thoughtfulness, and dedication. The goal is to produce well-rounded homeopathic practitioners, with a strong emphasis on testing and clinical practice. Students are also exposed to a variety of other relevant subjects, including other modalities in complementary medicine, as well as basic life sciences and nutrition.

I can heartily recommend the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine to all serious candidates contemplating a career in Homeopathic Medicine."

Tony C., Toronto, ON- 1997 alumnus.

"I had been interested in natural healthcare for years and was also looking for a career change, but none of the other options I had explored seemed quite right for me. My decision to study homeopathy at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine can best be described as a 'calling'; One day I just knew this was what I was to do and I enrolled in the course. When I immersed myself in the philosophy of homeopathy and saw the profound healing possible through this discipline, I understood why I had chosen to study it."

Nancy S., Toronto, ON- 1997 alumnus.

"My decision to attend the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine was without doubt one of the best I have ever made. And it was an easy choice too. I remember reading over all the literature that I received from the various schools and being so taken with CCHM's approach. I believed in the intentions behind the school, the values upon which it was founded, and I knew that it was where I needed to go. I never applied anywhere else.

From my very first interview with Raymond Edge, to the first day of classes, to our final graduation ceremony, I never lost the feeling that I in CCHM had found my "home". Our lecturers provided a powerful blend of wit and wisdom, and I learned more from them in three years than I ever imagined possible. When challenges both at school and at home arose, help was readily available. Never did I face a closed door. CCHM has managed to combine high-quality education with a personal touch - something many attempt but few achieve.

Homeopathy is a life's work, and a journey unto itself. I am both pleased and proud to have begun my journey in homeopathy at CCHM."

Rebecca L., London, ON- 2002 alumnus.

"I feel profound gratitude to CCHM for providing me with the opportunity to study homeopathy in an environment which was nurturing, supportive and humane.

The course content was carefully thought out and the faculty offered a depth and breadth of expertise which was both intellectually challenging and stimulating.

The Director, Raymond Edge, and Registrar, were highly responsive and sensitive to student needs, and their fairness, warmth and good humour help to make CCHM so exceptional."

Fran C. Kleinburg, ON- 2002 alumnus.

"The Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine has provided an excellent learning atmosphere, with both a high level of comfort and a high standard of professionalism.

CCHM has helped to develop and cultivate my knowledge of curative medicines utilizing the principles of nature. I have also come to embrace the concept that homeopathy is a dynamic study in the 'art of science'. I have found the school to be reliable and friendly; as well as showing the ability to adapt quickly to meet the changing needs of students.

There are no adjectives that can suitably describe the connections I have made in the past three years. I can only hope to continue to practice with such esteemed colleagues. I am happy to be graduating from the three-year diploma program, yet I am looking forward to continue my studies in the fellowship program.

I am confident that the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine has sincere goals, and I hope that I can contribute to its growing mission. I would like to thank the faculty and especially the school administration for such a rewarding education."

Kevin Y. Toronto, ON- 2002 alumnus.

"The Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine has created a challenging and rewarding opportunity to study classical homeopathy. The School provides its students with an excellent foundation in the theory and practice of homeopathy, knowledge of materia medica, clinical experience, and the necessary background science, to begin a practice in Classical Homeopathy. As well as establishing these formal qualifications for effectively practicing classical homeopathy, the School also offers the personal support and guidance through which a lifelong desire to study the art and science of Homeopathy is engendered. I would not hesitate to recommend this school to future homeopathic practitioners."

Karen C. Toronto, ON- 1997 alumnus.

"My experience at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine has been wonderful from the first day that I spoke with the Registrar of the College, a lovely lady named Andrea. I felt so comfortable talking with her and knew in that moment that this was the place for me. The next step was talking to the Dean, Raymond Edge. I took to Ray right away with his soft spoken nature and gentle unthreatening way.

Before I knew it I was in school and thinking to myself, "I can't do this!" Being the mother of four children and having turned 40 that year, I thought my brain couldn't possibly handle all of this information. Well, I way so wrong because each weekend that I was at school turned out to be easier and that information that I was learning was truly astounding. The professors at the College all have their own unique way of teaching and I have learned so much from them.

Anyone who is considering going to College to study this incredible "gift of medicine" need go no further than CCHM.

Feeling confident and very grateful."

Stephanie M. Toronto, ON- 2008 alumnus.

"I attended the weekend seminar on the Characteristic Symptoms arranged by the school and it was amazing!

Joe (Kellerstein) was raw and real. He told of beautiful stories and showed with perseverance you will move the case! I appreciate his honesty.

Kim (Elia) was ingenious, historic, actorious, and for the third time told of the Japan heart/eczema case.

George (Dimitriatis) was incredible!!! Amazing insight and dedication to the truth! The lecture absolutely shifted my perspective and deepened the history, accuracy and diligence of Hahnemann and Boenninghausen."

Lindsay S.

"This information is for someone considering whether to become a distance learning student versus an "in class" student at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine.  Let me first say that I have done it both ways; as a distance student in year one, and as an in-class  student travelling 4 hours (one way) for years two and three. Let me admit, the energy it takes to do the in class (and driving) is daunting!  I do feel however that it was well worth it.  The cumulative input and contribution of 25 classmates plus the knowledge and experience of an instructor is incredibly valuable. I learned exponentially more in class than I could have learned at home, and gained connections and friendships not possible via distance learning. In the end, I would not have done it any other way. Since I have the advantage of having done it both ways, I can tell you with utmost certainty that in-class studies create a much more effective learning environment."

"From the first time I spoke with a representative at CCHM I knew that I wanted to be a Homeopath.  Living in Windsor, this type of education was not available in my  city; however, I was so fortunate that there was a school available in Toronto for me to attend.  The College was very accommodating to the fact that I was commuting from out of town and they even connected me with a case supervisor that was very close to my home rather than one in Toronto. Many students from my class were attending from out of town and I think that they would agree with me that it was definitely worth the distance.  I knew when I made the decision to be a Homeopath I wanted to go to the best school available and the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine is it!  Now I own my own practice in Windsor and I get to help improve the lives of the people around me every day."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the program offered here at CCHM and I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed every minute of study. You have a fantastic program and I have to say that the professors are excellent - particularly Joe Kellerstein (we are very fortunate to have access to his insight and wisdom), Rebecca Kellerstein (unbelievable how fabulous she is) and of course, Lisa Decandia. Kudos to you for choosing these individuals to enrich our learning experience. I feel fortunate to have been able to be a student at CCHM.

Having transferred from another school, I completed Year 2 Distance Program and while it was very well done and I definitely learned lots, it didn't compare to the training/learning that I received "in classroom for Year 3". It's easy to become unmotivated and distracted when working on your own and you lose the camaraderie, ability to ask questions, learning from other's questions, and the insight provided by the superb professors who are able to share from their own experiences (particularly valuable was the insight shared by Joe after clinic cases).

It was well worth the effort to make the trek into Toronto and the knowledge and experience gained from being in class is incredible and unmatched.  Additionally, I developed life-long friendships and professional relationships with classmates that continue to be a huge asset when in practice since I never feel like I'm out there on my own."

"My homeopathy career is still rather new and exciting.  I continue to be in awe when remedies work perfectly and improvement or healing comes swiftly. I went back to school in my 40's and that came with some challenges, but I had the attitude that I can learn from every situation and every teacher. I also believe that my life experience and personal journey of homeopathic care adds depth and encouragement for many of my patients. I have created a growing practice that fundamentally involves homeopathic healthcare, but also includes life style management, crisis care, education, nutrition, and a few ounces of friendship. I have become a life coach to many of my senior patients who have spent decades in the medical system without someone who took the time to care.  I have become a mentor to many young moms who need support and examples to follow."
