Our other products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products or material (virtual or hard copy) within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.

Terms and Conditions for CCHM Observational Clinic Subscription

1. Introduction

The Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine (CCHM) offers an Observational Clinic that allows students, graduates, and healthcare practitioners to observe live online case-taking sessions conducted by professional homeopaths. By subscribing to the Clinic, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Subscription: $20 CAD per month, with a minimum commitment of 12 consecutive months.
  • Yearly Subscription: $200 CAD per year, paid upfront.

Payments will be processed automatically on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

3. Eligibility

The Clinic is open to students, graduates, and healthcare professionals in fields related to homeopathy or complementary medicine. Proof of qualifications or enrollment status may be required. The Clinic is not open to the general public.

4. Payment Terms

By subscribing, you authorize CCHM to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis:

  • Monthly Subscribers: You agree to pay $20 CAD per month for a minimum period of 12 months. The payment method will be charged automatically each month. Early cancellation within the first 12 months is not permitted.
  • Yearly Subscribers: You agree to pay $200 CAD upfront for one year of access.

Failure to process payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscribers: You cannot cancel your subscription during the initial 12-month commitment period. After the 12 months, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  • Yearly Subscribers: You may cancel your subscription anytime. Refunds are available on a prorated basis if cancellation occurs within 14 days of subscribing. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

CCHM reserves the right to cancel any subscription for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Access to Content

Subscribers will have access to live online case-taking sessions and selected recorded sessions. All content is the intellectual property of CCHM or the respective practitioners and cannot be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission. Access is for educational purposes only and cannot be used for commercial purposes without appropriate qualifications.

7. Code of Conduct

Subscribers must maintain professionalism and confidentiality during sessions. Recording or distributing Clinic sessions is strictly prohibited, and sharing access with non-subscribers may result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.

8. Confidentiality

Subscribers must respect the privacy and confidentiality of patients and cases observed during the Clinic sessions. Patient information must remain confidential and cannot be used outside the educational framework of CCHM.

9. Modifications to the Service

CCHM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Clinic, including changes to subscription fees, at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and existing subscriptions will continue under the terms agreed upon at the time of registration until the next renewal period.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Clinic is for educational purposes only, and CCHM does not provide medical advice or guarantee outcomes. CCHM is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Clinic or reliance on the content provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved under Ontario law.
