  • "I sooo enjoyed Kim's class. He took a dry insipid subject and made it very very interesting. He is a wonderful teacher. I enjoyed it a lot and I will have to review it a few times to catch all the little pearls he shared. Thank you again for the wonderful class. Sincerely, Cristina."

“From family members, to friends and co-workers, I know countless people who could improve their health and peace of mind with Homeopathy.”

From Sophie U., Gagetown, New Brunswick. My introduction to alternative healing methods began long before I could truly understand the impact they could have on myself or those around me. I was raised in a family where dinner table conversations often included talk of energies, spirituality and other metaphysical topics. When I was ten years old and fed up with my spider phobia, my mother took me to see an Herbal Energy Psychologist Practioner who helped me visualize and meditate the fear away. If I had a headache, I was sent to school with a little bag of Belladonna, not Tylenol. I am extremely grateful for my upbringing, as it has allowed me the freedom to discover the world and grow, without rigid views about what is ‘proper’ or ‘correct.’ Now that I am choosing a life path for myself, I feel inclined to apply my gifts, passions and experience to the public through Homeopathy. The day before my grandfather passed, I attended my first degree Reiki course. This healing energy helped my family and I tremendously throughout the following days and its influence continues to shock me. At his funeral I was introduced to a young woman to whom I immediately felt a connection. I learned that she had her own Homeopathic practice and my interest was piqued. I had been asking the Universe for my path to be made clear to me and I believe that our meeting was no accident. Since then, I have been researching programs and the medicine itself, and to say that I feel drawn to Homeopathy is an understatement. The science of Homeopathy is fascinating and the medical approach that it uses combines many of my beliefs about healing. The process by which remedies are made is simple, yet their effects are so profound inside of the body. I have confidence in Homeopathy as a treatment because it works with your body on a deeper energetic level, bringing dis-ease forward, and working towards health instead of supressing symptoms. I love that it requires such in-depth information about the patient’s life, habits and medical history. I love that it acknowledges the individuality of each person and that that uniqueness extends into the remedy prescribed. I have experience with children, adults and the elderly, so I love that Homeopathy is natural and safe for people at every stage of life. These qualities make this medicine accessible and effective, which in-turn, makes it a valuable knowledge base to possess and draw from. Throughout high school, I suffered serious bouts of depression, anxiety, self-harm and disordered eating. I was not healthy or happy and I knew I needed to change. So I did just that; each day, I countered every negative thought I had about myself with a positive one. At first I didn’t believe the good things, but after some time and persistence I began to notice a shift in my thought patterns. I was able to overcome inner hurdles with the power of my thoughts, and that has changed my life. I believe that investing time and effort into yourself is one of the most important and rewarding acts of self-love, and that if nurtured, that love can initiate a healing that penetrates mind, body and spirit. Four years ago, my aunt fell down the stairs and broke her back in four places. She has had multiple surgeries, takes a plethora of medications and deals with pain every single day. Although she has recovered, her range of motion and quality of life have greatly diminished.  I have watched her progress gradually decrease, and with it, her willingness to fight. I realize that her case is a severe one, but I can’t help but see where modern medicine is failing her in the long run. Pills to help certain symptoms, then more pills to deal with the side-effects is no way to live, yet it’s how so many people are surviving. My hope for this education is to help people who feel trapped by traditional medicine or who feel that they have explored all other options. Feeling empowered by your choice in medicine is just as important as the healing work it does. Homeopathy has the power to re-invest people’s interest into their own health because of it’s personal approach and the comprehensive insight required to determine a possible remedy. I believe that true healers are both drawn to and found by the medium of healing that will further their life purpose and benefit others the most. From family members, to friends and co-workers, I know countless people who could improve their health and peace of mind with Homeopathy. I want to devote myself to working with a medicine that treats patients holistically, as beings that are capable of healing themselves with a gentle push in the right direction. Having a desire to heal is the first step towards healing. With total well-being as the shared goal, I will provide the expertise and compassion required to help all patients achieve it.
